As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas she provides trauma-informed therapy services uniquely tailored to each client. As an EMDR-trained and sex therapy-trained professional, she works with individuals and couple's navigating life’s unique challenges.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Abdi offers therapy, coaching, and speaking services to a diverse range of clients. She is deeply passionate about her work and considers it an honor to walk alongside her clients as they find their anchor.
